Mold Remediation of Garage

Mold remediation had to be preformed in the garage after water damage was not found for weeks. SERVPRO took out the sheet rock. The area was then hepa vacuumed and wiped with a disinfectent to prevent additional mold growth in the area. Even though SERVPRO disinfects the area it does not mean the mold will never come back. If there is another water issue, mold may return in the same area onto new sheetrock that replaces the old. In this situation, we did not have to come back. Homeowners were happy that they could feel safe back in their home and garage.
