Ceiling With Water Damage

When water comes from above in a home, a lot of times the ceiling in the basement level needs to come down. This is exactly what happened in this home. Water from a broken pipe upstairs found its way down into the basement. Water find the path of least resistance and continues to flow down until it cannot flow any further. The ceiling partially already came down in the before picture and the after picture shows the remaining of the sheetrock that needed to come down. Even though he after picture is not the completed work, there are pictures taken throughout all the steps to insure the homeowner and insurance company are all on the same page on what exactly was done in the home.
